1. Delivery & Lead Time
Standard Lead Time: Orders are typically processed within 30-60 business days after deposit confirmation and drawing confirmation for marine outfitting parts.
Shipping Term: All shipments are based onFOB Incoterms 2020. CIF service is not available currently.
Logistics Arrangement: Buyer appoints the forwarder and vessel schedule. We complete customs clearance, trucking and port delivery before cutoff time.
Transit Note: Ocean transit time depends on buyer’s designated carrier and destination port.
2. Packaging Standards
Industrial Packaging: All marine outfitting parts are packed in export-grade corrugated cartons or fumigation-free custom wooden crates for long-term sea freight transit.
Protection: Inner packaging adopts anti-rust oil, moisture-proof desiccants, bubble wrap and foam inserts to prevent scratch, deformation and corrosion during ocean transportation.
Labeling: Each package is clearly labeled with product names, item numbers, batch codes, gross/net weight, dimensions and handling instructions (e.g., “Fragile”, “Keep Dry”, “This Side Up”).
3. Tracking & Notification
Shipping Notification: Customers will receive shipment confirmation and loading photos via email once the order is dispatched to port.
Shipment Monitoring: Our logistics team monitors all shipments and provides proactive updates regarding vessel schedule or any unforeseen situations before sailing.
